Deposits and retainers paid to secure consulting services are non-refundable.
Fees for completed consulting services are non-refundable.
Customized consulting work, reports, strategic plans, assessments, presentations, training materials, and digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been delivered.
Physical books purchased directly from KaliScope Consulting, LLC are eligible for replacement only if received damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
